Last updated: April 2026

Services

Provecore provides offensive security testing services including web application and API penetration testing, security assessment, and related advisory services ("Services"). All Services are governed by individual Statements of Work and Master Service Agreements entered into with each client.

Website use

This website is provided for informational purposes. Information on this website is subject to change. We make no warranties about the accuracy or completeness of information presented here.

You may not use this website for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage or impair the website or interfere with other users.

Engagement terms

Specific terms for security engagements are contained in signed Statements of Work (SoW) and Master Service Agreements (MSA). Those documents govern the rights and obligations of both parties for specific engagements. These website Terms of Service do not constitute an engagement agreement.

Authorization

Provecore does not conduct security testing without written authorization. Inquiring about, requesting, or booking a scoping call does not constitute authorization for testing. Testing authorization requires a signed Rules of Engagement document.

Intellectual property

Reports and deliverables produced under a signed engagement agreement become the property of the client upon payment. Methodologies, tools, and processes used to produce deliverables remain the intellectual property of Provecore.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Provecore's liability for any claim arising from Services is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement from which the claim arises. Specific liability terms are governed by the signed MSA for each engagement.

Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
